We reach out a few weeks before the event for a first availability check, and again 5 days before for final confirmation — because our 30-day weather window means we go when conditions are perfect, not when the calendar says so. This also means spots can open up last minute, so staying available pays off.

Every invited rider receives a welcome fee, accommodation, meals, and a ski pass for the duration of the event.
